These rules are for the safety and well-being of your family and your fellow campers, please abide by them.
Check-in after 3:00pm. Check-out before 2:00pm. Check-in before1:00pm will be charged an additional ½ day.
Quiet time is from 11:00pm until 7:00am.
Trees and/or shrubbery, dead or alive, are not to be cut, broken or defaced without permission.
Lawn mowers and/or chainsaws are not to be used on Sundays or holiday weekends.
Fires are only permitted in camp fireplaces. Any dead wood within a camping area may be used as firewood.
Visitors of season campers must register at the store and pay the visitors fee when they arrive. If visitors leave within 15 minutes, the fee will be refunded. Guests must leave by 11 pm. Season overnight guests will be charged $7.00 per night. Guests of weekender sites will be charged $11.00 per night. Campers are responsible for their guests and their behavior and any damage they may cause.
Dependents 18-years of age or younger must not be left in camp without adult (21 or older) supervision.
Children 16-years of age and younger must wear helmets when riding bicycles.
Phone messages to guests will be posted in the campground office.
The 911 phone is located on the office porch. When calling 911, we are located in the Afton Fire District, Chenango County.
Profane/offensive language will not be tolerated.
Fireworks and/or firearms are not permitted on the property at any time. Possession and/or use of same within the campground will result in the immediate eviction of the offender without a refund
Rabies vaccination certificates must be filed with the camp office at the time of registration.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area, arcade, restrooms or any other public buildings within the camp premises.
Pets should be walked on a short leash (no more than 6 feet) at all times. Dogs may be tied on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction. The dog’s owner may not leave the campground premises with a dog tied outside.
Pets should never be left unattended.
There will be a charge for excessive barking.
All pet droppings shall be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Children shall not be allowed to walk pets unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If any pet is creating a disturbance or deemed a nuisance, the pet shall immediately be removed per the request of the owners of the campground.
The following breeds are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, American Bulldog, Huskies, Chows, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas,
The speed limit is 5 miles per hour. No parking on camp roads or driving on lawns.
No gasoline powered or elective powered scooters. No 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, motorcycles, etc. unless permission has been granted by Kellystone Park.
Persons with handicap parking permit must display tag at all times on vehicle.
No washing of vehicles or campers without permission.
Golf carts must have proof of liability insurance and the site # posted on the cart.
Children 16-years of age and younger are not allowed on the golf course unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21-years of age.
USGA Rules apply (repair ball marks, allow faster players to play through, replace divots). Shirts required, no bikes on course. Any destruction of the course will be an immediate eviction.
Any violation of camp rules deemed serious enough byKellystone Park management and/or their designated agents and/or representatives will subject the offender and his or her party and guests to immediate eviction without refund.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to campground property with payment for such damage paid in full before departure.
Kellystone Park management will assess the cost of any such damage.
